About Kush

Divykush Singh graduated from the University of Ottawa in June 2024 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, concentrating in Immigration, Refugee and Human Rights Law. He completed his integrated Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (BBA LL.B. (Hons.)) at Jindal Global University in 2021. During his LL.M. program, Divykush authored several research papers on refugee law and also contributed to the “2023 Report on Climate Migrants,” published by the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL).

At Gerami Law PC, Divykush has been actively involved in assisting with the preparation and submission of refugee claims, Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications, sponsorship applications, and applications for judicial review at the Federal Court.

Outside of his professional life, Divykush enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, hiking, playing soccer, and working out. He is fluent in both English and Hindi.
