About Khatidja
Khatidja is an empathetic, human-first, highly experienced and skilled immigration lawyer.
Her educational background includes an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LLB from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A Allard School of Law.
Professionally, Khatidja has worked at the Department of Justice – Canada’s largest law firm and at Green and Spiegel – Canada’s oldest immigration law firm. She is also proud executive member of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.
